Full In-House Production Design, fabrication, and testing are all performed at our own facility in Henan, China. Main girders are produced using CNC plate cutting, sub-arc welding, and ultrasonic weld inspection. We do not outsource structural fabrication.
Factory Acceptance Test at 110% Rated Load Every 20-ton crane is load-tested at 22 tons before shipment. Test reports and load certificates are included with every delivery.
Global Aftersales Support Spare parts (hoist motors, brakes, wire rope, drums, wheels) are stocked for dispatch within 48 hours. On-site commissioning teams are available in major export regions. Remote diagnostics are available for PLC-equipped cranes. Standard warranty: 12 months from commissioning on structure, electrical, and mechanical components.
