Описание

Precast beam moving gantry crane is a large tonnage tire gantry crane, designed for lifting, moving, loading and unloading operations in bridge precast girder yard. Equipped with special precast girder spreader, it can work with girder trucks to efficiently complete the installation of the whole span of concrete box girders. The machine is widely used in large-scale road and bridge construction projects, such as highway, railroad, high-speed railroad and intercity railroad, to meet the needs of high-intensity construction.

Dafang rubber tire girder moving gantry crane adopts full hydraulic control system, with straight line, inclined line and in-situ steering function, flexible and efficient operation. The equipment is equipped with PLC intelligent control system, integrated anemometer and all-round safety monitoring to ensure operational safety. The power system is equipped with Cummins high-power turbocharged diesel engine, and the hydraulic system adopts Rexroth/Buch high-end brand, which makes the whole machine with stable performance, high safety level and durable quality.

Dafang supports customized precast girder moving gantry cranes with rated lifting capacities ranging from 10 to 450 tons and maximum spans up to 35 meters. Depending on customer needs, a single gantry crane can independently lift up to 450 tons of weight, while the maximum lifting capacity can be up to 900 tons when the two machines are working together, which is suitable for lifting and loading tasks of super-large components.
