Product Description

Single girder LX type suspension overhead crane is usually on I-beams or similar structures. Its crane running wheels are directly suspended under these steels and moving along their lower edges. This allows the overhead crane to use the existing building structure as support. Therefore, it reduces the cost of building additional ground tracks. Because of the suspension structure, it does not require an additional crane track support structure, This makes its overall structure lighter and more flexible, but also limits its maximum load-bearing capacity.

Single girder suspension overhead crane is suitable for limited spaces or ground rail system unavailable spaces. Such as, in old factory renovation projects or the places where high lifting capacity requirements are low and cost savings are desired. Unlike general overhead cranes, suspension overhead cranes offer a simpler structure and easier maintenance. The main hoisting mechanism adopts a CD/MD type electric wire rope hoist.
