41-Ton RTG Crane Description

This 41-ton Rubber-Tyred Gantry (RTG) Crane is part of Dafang's standard RTG container gantry crane range, built for efficient container handling in ports, terminals, and container yards. Two units of this configuration are already built and currently in stock, available for inspection and shipment without the standard production lead time.

Like all Dafang RTG cranes, the main beam serves as the core load-bearing structure, with guide rails mounted above for the lifting trolley to travel along. Outriggers at both ends support the structure and carry the rubber-tyred running gear, allowing the crane to reposition flexibly across the yard. The lifting trolley, mounted beneath the main beam, uses an electric hoist to raise, lower, and laterally position containers along the guide rails.

These two in-stock units are built to full component specification — not a reduced-cost stock build — and are ready to move directly into a terminal's operating fleet once inspection and shipping terms are confirmed.
