Truss Main Beam
The primary load-bearing element. The truss beam is a structure with multiple triangular frames. It consists of angle steel and channel steel members welded and bolted into isosceles triangular units. The truss profile reduces material usage and shipping crane weight while maintaining rigidity and stability under rated loads.
Supporting Legs and Ground End Beams
Shaft-connected to the main beam for tool-free disassembly, container packing, and rapid re-erection on-site. Flanged-wheel travel bogies run on embedded steel rails with motorized drives for smooth start/stop. High-quality polyurethane buffers at each end limit impact forces and extend structural service life.
The lifting mechanism of single beam truss crane is CD MD type electric wire rope hoist. It traverses along the lower flange of the main I-beam. It enables gantry crane to move horizontally along the ground or a dedicated track to expand the operating range. CD series hoist: single-speed lifting. MD series hoist: dual-speed (precision placement + production throughput). Both covered with rainproof housings as standard for outdoor environments.
