Explosion proof double girder overhead crane is a special design bridge crane type. The main purpose of this overhead crane is for inflammable and explosive environments, with high safety and reliability.

It includes double main beams, end beams, lifting mechanism of the hoisting trolley, operating mechanism, electrical control system. It also has a cabin room, safety devices, tracks, explosion-proof components and auxiliary equipment. Explosion proof bridge crane is suitable for places in factories where the explosion-proof capacity is not higher than IIB or IIC level and the detonation temperature group is T1 to T4, where there is an explosive gas mixture formed by flammable gas or steam and air.
