In March, 2025, we received an enquiry for a portable gantry crane from a new customer in Latvia. The customer needed a gantry crane to lift truck components etc. After learning about the height limitation of the customer's factory, we quickly organized our technical team to optimize the program. We had a detailed calculation of the height of the gantry itself and the actual space conditions of the customer's site. Then we recommended a low headroom electric wire rope hoist program. This electric hoist can maximize the design of the effective lifting height. So it can perfectly meet the customer's factory site requirements.
After reviewing our technical proposal and quotation, the customer highly recognized the performance and price of the product. In order to further meet the customer's individual needs, we also provide customized color services.
Both parties have reached agreement on the technical parameters, delivery cycle and other details, and formally signed the PI agreement. The customer has paid the deposit as agreed, and the project has entered the production stage.Considering the customer's urgent needs, we accelerated the production and had all the components ready in just 30 days.
Dafang Crane offered low-cost but safe packing and delivery. Both the portable gantry crane and electric wire rope hoist were safely shipped to Qingdao harbour. Here they were waiting for the vessel sailing to Latvia. Two weeks later, the goods were successfully delivered to the port designated by the customer. And the goods were checked carefully, unloaded and transported to their factory safely.
After installation and use, the customer gave us a good feedback about their cooperation process. We wish this portable gantry crane could improve the efficiency and proficiency of their lifting tasks.
