In May 2025, Dafang Crane received an inquiry from an Omani customer. The purchasing manager said that their factory had completed a new expansion. They are currently in urgent need of a batch of special cranes suitable for oil and gas processing plants.

Dafang Crane team engineers discussed details such as working environment and special requirements with the customer in detail. We finally confirmed the order for a total of five sets of explosion-proof overhead traveling cranes. These explosion-proof overhead cranes are designed for high loads and harsh environments. Their special materials and protection levels can ensure stable and safe operations in industrial applications such as oil and gas plants.

Pre-shipment preparation and packaging

After production is completed, our company packs them in batches. In order to ensure that the goods arrive at the customer's factory intact, our company uses rainproof cloth to pack the main beam. All related accessories and electrical appliances are packed in special export wooden boxes.

Our company has specially appointed personnel responsible for the production, packaging and delivery of equipment. We require perfection in every link. To prevent the goods from being hit during transportation, the cranes shipped by our company are all painted with the same color.

This batch of products and accessories mainly includes main beams, end beams, explosion-proof stainless steel hooks, explosion-proof stainless steel wheels, crane power cords, wireless remote controls, etc.

Conclusion

On July 6, 2025, Dafang Crane received the full payment for the order of 5 explosion-proof overhead traveling cranes from the Omani customer. The goods were well packed and shipped to Oman as planned on July 7, 2024. The customer received the goods on July 22 and safely transferred them to the their factory.

The customer sent our company a working video of this batch of explosion-proof cranes today. They are very satisfied with this cooperation. They hope to cooperate with us again next time they have a project.
