Design Highlights: 

With a box-shaped double-girder structure, the main girder is made of high-strength low-alloy steel (0345B) to improve durability.

The traveling wheel sets are made of fully sealed bearings to reduce the risk of dust intrusion and extend the service life.

The lifting mechanism is equipped with a high temperature resistant motor (insulation class H) to ensure reliability in high-temperature environment.

Installation and Commissioning:

The Dafang team completed the design, manufacturing and factory testing within 2 months. At the same time, we sent a team of professional engineers to the United Arab Emirates to work with the client on the installation of our bridge crane. Due to the complex environment of the steel plant, dust proof covers were added to the overhead crane to protect key electrical components.
