The client from a local logistics enterprise planned to introduce a 10 Ton electric hoist to support vertical lifting of building materials and industrial components. Thereby, it can substantially enhance warehouse turnover efficiency.

The project imposed stringent requirements on equipment safety, weather resistance, and EU compliance. The company searched globally for a reliable supplier with CE certification and rich export experience of electric hoist projects.

Core Components Optimization: We use a high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor (with power precisely matched to a 10-ton load, thus ensuring stable power output and energy efficiency) paired with a reinforced alloy steel chain. We streamline the gearbox tooth profile to improve transmission efficiency and reduce operating noise.
Corrosion-resistant and durable design: The entire Hoist Body adopts anti-corrosion coating and key metal components (such as chains, sprockets, and connecting shafts) are dual-protected with galvanizing and chrome plating. Safety System Upgrade: We add an intelligent monitoring module to collect real-time data such as load weight, motor temperature, and running trajectory. We also apply an anti-fall safety lock and overload protection device. For example, if the load exceeds the rated value by 10% or the travel exceeds the specified stroke, it immediately activates the audible and visual alarm, and thus forcing the power off.
Compliance and Adaptability: We possessed CE certification in strict compliance with EU standards. At the same time, we customize the wheels and clamping structure of the trolley based on the on-site track spacing, load capacity, and other parameters.

Logistics and Delivery

We developed a customized delivery solution to address the unique requirements of Cyprus shipping:

1. Packaging and Protection
